Requirements
– Proven telesales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in customer care, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Strong track record in B2C sales is essential.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone.
– Background in real estate or property management is highly advantageous.
– Education in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
– Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
– Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
– UAE residency or valid work permit is preferred.
