  • Convert leads into qualified prospects and closures through effective telephone communication.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate services to offer tailored solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to customer requests and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Generate and maintain detailed sales reports and activity logs.
  • Demonstrate persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit confidence and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Leverage relevant experience in customer care to enhance sales performance.
  • Display self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and schedule property viewings when necessary.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
  • Promote real estate services to potential buyers and sellers.
  • Guide clients through various property options and investment packages.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly sales quotas.
  • Represent the company professionally in all telephone interactions.

Requirements

– Proven telesales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in customer care, preferably in the real estate sector.

– Strong track record in B2C sales is essential.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone.

– Background in real estate or property management is highly advantageous.

– Education in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.

– Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

– Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.

– UAE residency or valid work permit is preferred.
