Job Description:

- ✓ Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with companies.
- ✓ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company standards.
- ✓ Promote recruitment assistance services to job seekers,inside and outside UAE.
- ✓ Guide candidates and clients through service packages
- ✓ Meet weekly/monthly sales targets for both B2B and B2C sectors.
- ✓ Represent the agency professionally in outdoor meetings.
Requirements
– Proven OUTDOOR sales experience, ideally in recruitment, HR solutions in UAE market minimum 1-2 years.
– B2B and B2C Recruiting experience is a MUST.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Background in recruitment agencies is a must in UAE.
– Education background Marketing,Banking,IT, or any relative.
– Fluent in English and Arabic and any other languages is a plus.
– Availability to join within one month.
– UAE driving license is mandatory.
