Position Overview:
Experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through direct sales activities in the software and IT sector. Requires strategic sales approach, strong relationship-building capabilities, and proven success in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and IT domain (public and private sectors)
- ✓ Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to build robust pipeline of qualified leads
- ✓ Leverage existing professional networks to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
- ✓ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- ✓ Conduct needs assessment meetings to understand business requirements and challenges
- ✓ Present software solutions addressing client pain points and business objectives
- ✓ Manage entire sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- ✓ Develop customized sales proposals and presentations with presales team support
- ✓ Negotiate contract terms and pricing while maintaining profitability
- ✓ Work closely with presales team for solution scoping and proposal development
- ✓ Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations
- ✓ Collaborate with vendor partners for competitive solutions
- ✓ Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and accurate revenue forecasts
Requirements
Experience:
- ✓ Minimum 2-4 years proven sales experience in software and IT domain
- ✓ Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- ✓ Experience selling enterprise or mid-market software solutions (highly valued)
- ✓ Experience managing complex sales cycles and large-value deals
- ✓ Proven ability to develop relationships with public and private sector clients
Education:
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Technical Skills:
- ✓ Strong understanding of software and IT solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, cloud platforms)
- ✓ Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and business technology requirements
Language & Communication:
- ✓ Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) - mandatory
- ✓ Arabic Native/Fluent preferred
- ✓ Excellent presentation and communication skills
- ✓ Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- ✓ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Networks & Connections:
- ✓ Proven connections with public sector organizations (government agencies, ministries, public institutions)
- ✓ Proven connections with private sector organizations (corporations, enterprises, SMEs)
- ✓ Established relationships with decision-makers and procurement professionals
- ✓ Ability to leverage networks for business development
Other Requirements:
- ✓ Preferred Arab nationality for regional communication and relationship-building
- ✓ Valid driving license required
- ✓ Availability to join immediately
- ✓ Ability to travel for client meetings as required
