Role Overview
- ✓ Lead and oversee all HR functions within the recruiting company, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- ✓ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both internal roles and client positions.
- ✓ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, for various industries and positions.
- ✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- ✓ Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans for internal staff.
- ✓ Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve retention.
- ✓ Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- ✓ Develop and maintain the company's compensation and benefits structure, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- ✓ Coordinate and conduct training programs for internal staff to enhance their recruiting skills and industry knowledge.
- ✓ Implement and maintain HRIS and ATS systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- ✓ Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- ✓ Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
- ✓ Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- ✓ Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency in the UAE.
– Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
– Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus.
– Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
