Role Overview
Job Description:
- ✓ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- ✓ Create and curate compelling content in both English and Arabic for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- ✓ Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- ✓ Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
- ✓ Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner in both English and Arabic.
- ✓ Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, implementing new ideas to improve engagement.
- ✓ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- ✓ Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns.
- ✓ Manage influencer relationships and collaborations.
- ✓ Create and maintain a content calendar for regular posting schedules.
- ✓ Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines and local regulations.
- ✓ Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- ✓ Assist in crisis management and reputation monitoring on social platforms.
Requirements
– Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
– Fluency in both English and Arabic (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
– Demonstrated success in growing social media engagement and followers.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
– Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in both languages.
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
– Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
