His insights and leadership help integrate real estate, healthcare infrastructure, and workforce planning, strengthening TAYSIR’s global presence and brand positioning.
Issraa Abu-Saleem is an expert in human capital and healthcare recruitment with over 12 years of experience. She leads licensing programs, manages relocations, and trains healthcare staff. As a compliance liaison with UAE health authorities, she ensures smooth regulatory processes. Known for her analytical and empathetic approach, Issraa’s leadership has driven a 98% success rate in licensing approvals at TAYSIR.
Khalil Khatib, Deputy CEO and Director of Operations at TAYSIR BRIDGE – FZCO, brings a business and high-tech background to HR operations.
